When we decided to open the shop, we knew we had to carry All3suns products because we know they are:

Shipping + Returns
We ship all our products on Tuesdays. For example, if you order on Wednesday your item will not be shipped out until the following Tuesday. If you order Monday your package will be shipped the next day. All orders placed on Tuesday will not ship out until the following Tuesday. We cannot guarantee a specific date of delivery on international orders due to customs. Please do not book a session to use your items relying on the tracking date. We do strive to ship all of our items in a timely manner, however, the actual arrival date is not guaranteed.
The Rachel Vanoven Shop is located in Brownsburg, Indiana and all items are shipped from our local post office. If placing an international order, please be aware that your package will arrive anywhere from 4 business days up to 12 weeks depending on border customs and your location. It is rare for a package to arrive any later than 3 weeks from the shipping date, but it can happen. All packages are shipped in the standard way and tracking is not included on international orders unless purchased in the shop. Your tracking number will be emailed to you after the package has shipped. Tracking also ensures that you receive your package within 6-8 business days from the shipping date.
We want you to love your items, that’s why we check over all the items before shipping to ensure every single one meets our standard of quality. However, if you find something wrong/defective with your item please send us a message within 48 hours of delivery so we can review/resolve your claim! We are not responsible for items that you ordered in the wrong size or color.
Due to the unique handmade nature of our products, there will be minor unique variates to your products but these tiny differences do not interfere with the quality of your item. No two items are exactly alike but we hope you find the beauty in the unique handmade style these items bring to the table. We do not accept returns simply because you don't like an item or how it fits. Each item is one of a kind and can not be exchanged. We are more than happy to replace defective items!
